Communication, both internal and external, is a key ingredient for a successful project. Cecoforma expects a relationship of confidence between its staff, stakeholders and Contracting Authority. Communicating information is of primary importance for effective project management.
Cecoforma is committed to communicating as rapidly as possible by e-mail, fax, telephone or mail. We constantly listen to the needs of the Contracting Authority and client to ensure that operations run smoothly and we respond efficiently.

Attention to detail

Attention to detail is of paramount importance to Cecoforma; an inaccuracy or a flaw in the organisation, preparation phase or execution of the project can create counterproductive tensions and irritations within the group. The work of our team must allow the stakeholders to concentrate fully on specific tasks and to free them entirely from technical preoccupations.

Cecoforma is committed to setting up a powerful information processing and communication systems able to optimise the processing and filing of essential data. When starting each contract,we usually offer to go through the rules of procedures which will organise the transfer of the data.

Daily organization.

We work on a very dynamic basis. For every phase of each project there is a short team discussion where, if necessary, tasks are reassigned, assignments discussed or changes made known. Here, both sides are able to express criticisms, praise and encouragement.

We maintain constant contact with our employees, experts and especially with the team leaders.
