The mission of the Cecoforma team has as main aim to carry out a final evaluation of project BKF/010 “Elimination of functional illiteracy (II) and integrated rural development in the Area of the Top-Basins” for the account of Lux-Development.

Main missions of the project:

To analyze the results the global objective and the specific objective achieved at the time of the evaluation compared to what had been envisaged with the document of project, to appreciate the contribution of the DPEBA of the Top-Basins and the provincial Directions of basic Teaching and Elimination of illiteracy (DPEBA) to reach the objectives of the project, to appreciate the implication of the associative structures in management of their activities.
To give a description of the cover and the recipients of the project, taking into consideration objectively verifiable indicator selected.
To analyze the management and the monitoring of the project and the UPAPA for their transformation into operators in elimination of illiteracy and to appreciate on the one hand the effectiveness of the organisational device of associative fabric and on the other hand device of accompaniment set up by the project.
To analyze the project according to the criteria of evaluation below by holding account also transverse topics: Criteria of evaluation (Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Durability) and Topics transverse (Fight against poverty, democratic Governorship, Kind, Environment)
