Technical Assistance to the ENAM - GuineaENAM was established in 1962 and offers technical baccalauréat holders a three-year training course to become a qualified technician.
The ENAM project aims to develop and diversify training opportunities for higher technicians.
Development of training programmes: - maintenance,

- refrigeration and air-conditioning,
- diesel automotive mechanics,
- general mechanics,
- IT,
- hydraulics,
- pneumatics,
- programmable controllers etc.
· Pedagogical and technical support to ENAM management and trainers
· Belgium-based training of Guinean trainers
· Regular supply of teaching and technical materials
· Development of school/enterprise links
· Partnerships with Guinean SME/SMIs,
· Identification of training needs,
· Coordination of student work experience in enterprise,
· Coordination of in-house refresher course for teachers
