Morocco - OFPPT

The OFPPT (Office pour le Formation Professionnel et la Promotion du Travail) is the main operator for vocational training in Morocco. Its aim is to adapt and improve its interventions’ capacities to better meet the enterprises’ needs in terms of labour’s skills.

The global objective of this project is to improve the quality of the human resources of the training centres of the OFPPT in order to widen its “range of skills” so as to make evolve the capacities of intervention of the trainers in initial and continuing training.

The specific mission of this project is the constitution of a methodology in order:

To build the tools of the skills assessments;
To ensure the training by “certification” of a pedagogical team in charge of following-up the project’s outcomes in the textile and clothing industry sectors

At the end of the project, the results are the following:

Installation of tools for the standardized skill assessment
Administration of the assessments to 130 trainers
Execution of individualized training programs
Follow-up of the skill assessments
Constitution of an operational pedagogical team
