Rwanda – “institutional support to the integrated fight against Paludism”The mission of formulation aims to validate and supplement in a very precise way the data contained in the document of identification of phase 2 of April 2000 which contains a thorough analysis of the problems in the fight against paludism. Moreover, the mission of formulation will prepare a Technical and Financial dossier (DTF) of the Project. The Cecoforma team is in charge of - validating the objectives and the results of the initial identification and adapting them if necessary
- defining and detailing the linked activities with the results
- realising the logical framework of the intervention
- detailing the material and human resources necessary to carry out these activities
- specifying or adapting the qualitative and quantitative objectively verifiable indicators whose materialisation could prevent the project implementation
- budgeting the activities by specifying the Belgian and Rwandan contributions to the intervention with the draw up of a consolidated budget of the intervention according to BTC procedures
- establishing a detailed execution planning of activities with a concordant budgetary planning
- specifying the management methods of the intervention as well as the practical methods of execution
- establishing the methods of follow-up and evaluation
