Execution of the recommendations at the end of this identification mission in order to optimize the phase of acquisition (purchases of the equipment) carried out later by the head office of Lux-Development. Main outcomes of the project: - To determine, in partnership with our Senegalese counterparts, equipment and furniture needs for the future TVTS
- To define a first allocation for materials and consumables in order to enable the LETFP to operate during the first year.
- To identify the training activities to implement for optimal use and maintenance of the equipment for the teachers
- To check if local suppliers are able to deliver in terms of quantity, quality and times under the recommendations prepared by the specialists in equipment
- To define the necessary budget for equipment and materials acquisition as well as the execution of the training activities
