Tunisia - CNFCPP UPAEThis project consisted in the organisation of three training cycles entitled "Training of enterprise’ trainers", for managers, in charge of training Tunisian companies in Tunis, Sousse and Sfax. The objective is to improve the productivity of the Tunisian enterprises by the implementation of a staff training policy according to a skill based approach (APC, Approche Par Compétences), in order to ensure the competitiveness of the companies of the country. The Cecoforma team is in charge of - Designing, developing and implementing 4 training modules on the following topics:
- Needs’ identification
- Design of a training plan
- Implementation and evaluation of a training plan
- Development of a HR policy integrating the EMEC
- Planning of the mission works
- Elaborating a final report
