Tunisia - Technical Assistance - MANFORMEFrom 2000 till 2004, Cecoforma, as lead firm, carried out a European Community-funded large training consultancy contract under the MANFORME programme (Mise à niveau de la Formation et de l’Emploi) for a total of 4,200,000 €. Under the same programme, Cecoforma has also managed the contract to draw up an action plan and implement an information and communication campaign. The project consisted in the reform of the TVET Sector aiming at training trainers / consultancy specialists of the CENAFFIF (Tunisian National Centre for Training of Instructors and Training Engineering); - providing training and advanced technical teaching courses to instructors belonging to the Tunisian network of vocational training;
- defining and adapting training models as well as training instructors to use them;
- adapting training curricula / modules to the specificities of Tunisian employment conditions in coordination with professional federations, the concerned ministries (VT, Industry and Commerce) and the regional / local authorities.
